New patients
When you visit us, we will evaluate your pain or injury and provide consultation on the best plan for treatment. If X-rays are needed prior to your first appointment, we will help you arrange an appointment with Radiology to obtain these films beforehand.
At your first appointment, we will perform some testing and make an evaluation of your condition.
Note: Some health insurance policies require that you have a referral from your family doctor (primary care provider, or PCP) to make an appointment. Please review your health insurance coverage before calling for an appointment.
Returning patients
If you are a returning patient, you may use myDH to communicate securely with your providers, request or change appointments, review your medical record, and more.
