- A patient-friendly environment with separate adult and pediatric admission and waiting areas, each with comfortable accommodations and internet access
- Procedures to start within 60 minutes of admission and discharge within 30 to 90 minutes after surgery is complete
- A private area for pre-operative and recovery care where one or two family members can spend time with the patient before and after surgery
- A patient and family care coordinator to keep families updated on their loved one's progress
- An on-site food service area with a few select food and drink options and refrigerators for families' convenience
