A Message to Our Communities About 2026 Medicare Advantage Plans

Several Medicare Advantage insurers have announced they will no longer offer plans in New Hampshire and Vermont starting in 2026. Here's what to do if you get a letter from your insurer about changes to your plan.

We submit claims to all insurance carriers. If the insurance you participate in is not listed below or is not one of the below networks, benefits may be paid according to employer or individual guidelines. Please check with your insurance carrier to determine how the claims we submit will be processed and paid.

We participate in the following plans:

  • MultiPlan/Private Health Care Systems
  • MVP (excludes MVP New York)
    Note: MVP will no longer be contracted as of April 22, 2026. This termination will cover all lines of business sold/underwritten by MVP with the exception of members who have out of network coverage thru Cigna Care Alliance.
  • New Hampshire Healthy Families Managed Medicaid
  • NH Medicaid
  • United Healthcare and United Healthcare Freedom Plan
  • Vermont Health Partnership
  • VT Medicaid
  • Well Sense (Boston Medical Center Health Plan) Managed Medicaid
