Pharmacy Residency interviews for the PGY1 pharmacy program in ambulatory care specialty (14008) are virtual this season. We will be offering sessions using the WebEx platform, where you will meet the residency program director (RPD), residency program coordinator, preceptors, leaders, and our current residents.

We are looking forward to meeting you virtually on your interview day. This website has all of the details you need in preparation for your visit with us. Policies

ASHP requires that each applicant be provided with the institutional and residency policies in force during interview season.

Please familiarize yourself with each of the following documents. At the beginning of your interview day, you will be asked if you received a copy of these policies and documents and if you have any questions.

Interview day overview

On your interview day you will have a chance to interact with residents, leaders, and preceptors via our virtual platform, WebEx, to get a sense of what makes Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center a fabulous place to live and learn.

We are offering Monday and Friday sessions this year, which include a welcome by program leadership, four interviews, and a small group Q&A with current residents.

Additionally, each recruitment day will include a resident-led case conference from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm. Please see the sample interview schedule (PDF) for full details.

Schedule your interview

We will be holding interviews on the following dates:

  • Friday, February 16, 2024
  • Monday, February 19, 2024
  • Friday, February 23, 2024

The starting time for interview days is 11 am EST. You should plan on the virtual interview wrapping up around 3 pm EST.

To accept your invitation and schedule your interview, please respond to your email by ranking the dates in order of preference and indicating any dates you are unavailable. You are welcome to indicate multiple dates as your "First Choice." In order to enhance your chances of securing an interview slot, we encourage you to be as flexible as possible when ranking your possible interview dates.

Please submit your date preferences as soon as possible and no later than 6 pm on Friday, January 19. We will confirm your interview date by Monday, January 22, 2024, or sooner if possible.
