The New Hampshire Cystic Fibrosis Program sees patients in Lebanon and Manchester, New Hampshire. Both sites offer a variety of services, including diagnostic testing, patient evaluation and monitoring, respiratory therapy, nutrition counseling and evaluation, and psychosocial services. We encourage you to schedule an appointment in advance, but we are also available to see you on short notice if you are feeling ill.
Some health insurance policies require that you have a referral from your family doctor (primary care provider, or PCP) to make an appointment. Please review your health insurance coverage before calling for an appointment.

Office hours
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, unless noted otherwise below:
- Cheshire Medical Center Pulmonary Medicine: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Nashua Pulmonary Medicine: every other Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
