Application requirements
Applications must include:
- Current CV
- Personal statement
At least two letters of reference on letterhead, submitted by you with your application materials or directly by your reference to APPFellowships@hitchcock.org.
Reference letters should attest to your interests, experience, and potential in the specialty to which you are applying. At least one reference must be from a clinical supervisor or clinical rotation preceptor. If you are currently enrolled in an APRN or PA program, or graduated in the past year, one reference must be from your program director, clinical rotations director, or advisor.
