We provide HIV care in the following locations:
- Infectious Disease Department at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, New Hampshire
- Regional HIV Program in Bedford, Lebanon, and Nashua, New Hampshire; and in Bennington and Brattleboro, Vermont
We provide care for patients with Post-Acute COVID Syndrome at:
- Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire

Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, unless noted otherwise below:
- Cheshire Medical Center: Monday and Friday mornings
