Our palliative care team includes professionals and clinicians with diverse training, skills, and talents. Each team member is experienced in counseling individuals and families through some of the most difficult times of their lives.
We serve patients with serious illnesses at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire, and patients with cancer receiving care at Dartmouth Cancer Center Manchester in Manchester, New Hampshire, and Dartmouth Cancer Center Nashua in Nashua, New Hampshire.
