We offer a full range of gender-affirming procedures. The goals and requirements of each patient will vary, which will affect the number of surgeries that may be required.

Among them are:

  • Facial feminization: Transforming masculine facial features to a more feminine appearance. Procedures can include:
    • Forehead contouring
    • Hairline advancement
    • Cheek augmentation
    • Rhinoplasty (nose surgery)
    • Jaw reduction
    • Chin surgery
    • Adam's apple reduction
  • Facial masculinization: Transforming feminine features to a more masculine appearance. Procedures can include:
    • Forehead lengthening
    • Cheek augmentation
    • Rhinoplasty (nose surgery)
    • Chin contouring
    • Adam's apple enhancement
  • Transfeminine top surgery: Enhancing the size and shape of the breasts to create a more feminine appearance
  • Transfeminine bottom surgery: Transforming male genitalia into female genitalia. This is most commonly done in a single operation as a penile inversion vaginoplasty.
  • Transmasculine top surgery: Removing the breasts to create a more masculine look
  • Transmasculine bottom surgery: This is usually a multistage procedure, involving harvesting tissue from another part of the body.
