Rheumatology is a subspecialty of internal medicine and pediatrics that focuses on the care of patients with inflammatory arthritis and autoimmune diseases.
As the only academic medical center in New Hampshire, providers in the Section of Rheumatology strive to use evidence-based therapies for the clinical care of patients with rheumatic diseases. Teaching and research are core parts of our mission and we are engaged in teaching medical students, residents and fellows. We have a robust clinical trials program and we also perform basic science research.
We offer rheumatology clinics and programs for adults and children at our Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center location in Lebanon, NH.
