Due to building upgrades taking place this spring, we will be temporarily relocating our Family Medicine team to our Nashua and Merrimack sites beginning Monday, April 27 (for approximately 3 months).

Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Milford provides comprehensive primary care in Family Medicine to you and your entire family. We value long-term relationships with you and aim to have you participate in your plan of care, including physical exams, immunizations, routine screenings, and treatment of short-term injuries or illnesses.
If you are a new patient, you will select one of our staff physicians to be your primary care provider (PCP). Your PCP is the doctor who is responsible for managing your care. Our specialty care providers include visiting obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) physicians who offer routine and prenatal care for women.
In addition, we have quick and easy access to specialty care from within our health care system, including the Dartmouth Health Children's and Dartmouth Cancer Center.
