To be considered for admission to the Hematology and Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC), candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must be eligible to obtain an unencumbered nurse practitioner (NP) or physician associate (PA) license in the states of New Hampshire and Vermont once admitted to the program
- Must have an active national certification as an NP or PA
- Must have a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration for controlled substances
- Successful completion of the application and interview process
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and a urine drug screen, as part of the final candidates' pre-employment requirements
- Any offer of acceptance is contingent upon the successful completion of the standard pre-employment checks and clinical credentialing process by the final candidates before matriculation.
