Qstream support for managers
How can I help my staff participate in a Qstream?
We appreciate your help encouraging staff to be active Qstream participants. As a manager, you will likely be asked to send important Qstream communications to your staff at different points throughout the Qstream. To make this easier, we have developed several email templates that you can modify for your particular Qstream content needs:
Here are several ways that you can check in with staff on their progress:
- Send a quick email that only focuses on Qstream. Remind staff that they need to start the Qstream right away since questions can’t be answered all at once at the end.
- Remind staff about the Qstream at the beginning of shift huddles. Ask if they have any questions about the content they have seen so far.
- Place posters or table cards in high-visibility areas like break rooms, staff bulletin boards, nurse stations, etc.
Qstream support for educators
How do I create a Qstream for my learners?
If you have training that you think would work well with Qstream, consider these questions to see if it might be a good fit:
- Can your content be taught in small chunks that are spaced over time?
- Can you create role-appropriate scenarios that put the material into context for learners?
- Can learners show mastery of content through multiple choice questions?
If you said yes to all or most of these questions, Qstream may be a great choice for delivering your training! Once you have your content identified, submit a learning project request. Once submitted, a member of the Learning Design and Systems team will be in touch to learn more about your training and discuss options for delivery, including Qstream, if appropriate.
