Epilepsy affects approximately 3.4 million people in the U.S. Even when seizures are well-controlled, many individuals continue to face cognitive challenges like memory, attention, and learning difficulties that impact their quality of life.

HOBSCOTCH (HOme-Based Self-Management and COgnitive Training CHanges Lives) is an 8-week evidence-based program designed to help adults with epilepsy across the United States manage their epilepsy and associated memory and thinking challenges through personalized 1-to-1 Cognitive Coaching delivered via telehealth.

The HOBSCOTCH Institute at Dartmouth Health partners with 18 Epilepsy Centers to serve adults with epilepsy across a broad spectrum of communities via the HOBSCOTCH Institute Translational Network (HITN).
