Physical Therapy

Physical therapy helps you return to the activities and physical function you want and need to live your life. Physical therapists can help relieve pain and improve movement function. Therapy can help you prevent or recover from a sports injury. Your treatment may include exercise, stretching, or hands-on therapy. We help you understand your illness or condition and how to recover your ability and function in a safe way.

One-on-one treatment sessions are the most effective and coordinating with all of your medical providers leads to the best care and the best outcomes.
