The Laboratory for Clinical Genomics and Advanced Technologies (CGAT) offers a diverse spectrum of clinical tests for the assessment of DNA and RNA.
CGAT clinical tests
If you're a referring provider, we offer the following CGAT tests for your patients.
Genetics
- Alpha 1 antitrypsin
- Chromosome microarray (CMA)
- Cystic Fibrosis (NGS)
- DH MyExome – Constitutional whole exome sequencing (WES) and panels
- F5
Hematopathology
- Optical Genome Mapping (see Cytogenetics):
- Rapid AML (long-read sequencing)
- T-cell clonality (LymphoTrack)
Infectious diseases
Oncology
- BRAF/NRAS Idylla
- ctDNA by NGS
- DH CancerSeq (WES; TMB, MSI; HRD; DNA and RNA)
- EGFR Idylla
- EWSR1 FISH
Pharmacogenomics
Our laboratory is equipped to perform DNA/RNA extractions from various clinical specimen types, PCR amplification, microarray analysis, and next-generation sequencing. Analysis of specific gene targets, panels of genes, and the clinical exome are but a few of these applications.
