Hematopathology

Our Hematology and Flow Cytometry laboratories combine state-of-the-art technologies in diagnosis of benign and malignant hematologic disorders. Automation is used to process CBCs, tests for coagulation, and bleeding and urinalysis.

We rely on manual methods for peripheral blood, body fluid, and bone marrow differentials. Flow analysis is used for characterization of leukemias and lymphomas and enumeration of cells in infections and stem cell transplantation.

We also provide consultation interpretation of tests for clotting and bleeding disorders and diagnosis of hematologic malignancies in bone marrow and tissue.
