Jennifer L. Moyer is the chief administrative officer for White Mountains Insurance Group and also serves as the corporate secretary for the company. White Mountains is a diversified insurance and related financial services holding company that owns and manages businesses seeking a partner to drive value creation.
With over 25 years in the financial services industry, Moyer has extensive leadership experience in strategic planning, human capital management and leadership development. Prior to joining White Mountains, Moyer worked at Goldman Sachs, where she was chief of staff for Asia Pacific Ex-Japan in the firm’s executive office in Hong Kong. In her chief of staff role, Moyer had oversight for firm-wide strategy, partnering across the firm to manage matters pertaining to brand, reputation and strategic direction. During her prior years at Goldman Sachs, Moyer was the head of Talent for Asia Pacific and the chief operating officer of the Fixed Income Division in Asia Pacific Ex-Japan. In her role as head of Talent for Asia Pacific, Moyer led a broad suite of international recruiting and professional development programs, managed annual leadership assessments and promotion processes, and built and managed the firm’s Asia Pacific Leadership & Diversity practice.
Moyer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology from Harvard College in 1992 and a MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth (TUCK) in 1998. Moyer currently serves on Tuck’s MBA Council and served on Tuck’s Asian Advisory Board from 2013 to 2017. She lives in Norwich, Vermont with her husband David Bartlett and three children.
