Fertility evaluation options

Your evaluation by our team may include:

  • Complete medical history and physical exam
  • Fallopian tube and uterine cavity assessment (such as hysterosalpingogram or saline sonogram)
  • Hormone and ovulation testing
  • Ultrasound evaluation of the uterus and ovaries
  • Semen analysis to assess sperm count, motility, and quality

Our team takes time to explain each test and what the results mean for your fertility goals.

Fertility treatments

We offer a full range of fertility treatment options. Depending on your unique situation, our providers will discuss the treatment options most likely to help you conceive. We do not offer in vitro fertilization (IVF), but, when needed, we can refer you to trusted local IVF providers.

Ovulation induction

For those who are not ovulating regularly, we use medications to stimulate egg development and timed ovulation. This helps increase the chances of conception naturally or with other fertility procedures. We do not offer cycles monitored with ultrasound.

Intrauterine insemination (IUI)

IUI involves placing specially prepared sperm directly into the uterus around the time of ovulation. This helps improve the chances of fertilization. It is a safe, simple, and commonly used treatment for many fertility challenges.

Semen analysis and sperm banking

We offer convenient in-office semen analysis to test sperm health and identify any issues that may affect conception.

Sperm banking (cryopreservation) involves collecting and freezing sperm. This allows you to preserve fertility for the future—whether due to upcoming medical treatments or personal choice.

Donor sperm insemination

We offer donor sperm insemination services using donor specimens from FDA-approved sperm banks. This option supports individuals and couples looking for assisted reproductive options. Note: Due to lab specifications, we are unable to collect known or directed donor specimens.

We will guide you through every step—from choosing a donor, to tracking ovulation, to performing intrauterine insemination (IUI).

If you need services we don't provide, we will refer you to trusted reproductive endocrinology partners. These services may include:

  • Egg retrieval
  • IVF
  • Known donor donation
  • Gestational carrier coordination
