Durable medical equipment at Dartmouth Health Retail Pharmacies

The Dartmouth Health Retail Pharmacy Services is accredited by Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). This organization ensures that all patients who receive durable medical equipment such as diabetic strips, lancets and inhalation drugs used with a nebulizer, be provided with necessary information about their products such as warranty information and company phone numbers in case you have any questions on the products you are receiving. In addition, they ensure that you be informed of your patient rights and responsibilities. 

Warranty information

Every product sold or rented by our company carries a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Dartmouth Health Retail and Specialty Pharmacy Services will notify all Medicare beneficiaries of the warranty coverage, and we will honor all warranties under applicable law. Dartmouth Health Retail and Specialty Pharmacy Services will repair or replace, free of charge, Medicare-covered equipment that is under warranty. In addition, an owner’s manual with warranty information will be provided to beneficiaries for all durable medical equipment where this is available.
