New pharmacy portal for an improved pharmacy experience

Please note that we have discontinued our mobile app. We have a new pharmacy portal for managing your prescriptions 24/7.

For your convenience, we offer four ways to get your prescriptions:

In-person prescription pick-ups and over-the-counter (OTC) sales are handled by the D-H Pharmacy at Centerra (Lebanon, New Hampshire), Dick Hall's House Pharmacy (Hanover, New Hampshire), and the Dartmouth Health Pharmacy Cheshire (Keene, New Hampshire).

Dartmouth Health provides 24/7 access to vending machines containing OTC medication and other self-care products. Locations include DHMC, Dick Hall's House Pharmacy, and Cheshire Medical Center.

Employees and dependents on the employer-sponsored insurance plan may fill for 90-day supplies at Dick Hall's House Pharmacy, Dartmouth Health Pharmacy Cheshire, or D-H Pharmacy Home Delivery.

D-H Pharmacy at Centerra will allow for two 30-day fills before requiring the patient to select one of the three alternative options.

Our pharmacies accept most prescription insurance plans. Please be prepared to provide your insurance information when contacting us.

Prescription refills

The Dartmouth Health Retail and Specialty Pharmacies have a virtual AI Assistant embedded within our Interactive Voice Response Phone System. This system answers all calls made to the pharmacy and walks patients through a step-by-step refill order process. This system also gives patients an estimated pick-up time based on pharmacy limitations. Patients can verify whether the prescription is eligible for refill when they call. Patients may also leave a voicemail with their refill request.

To request a refill, call 603-653-3785 for DH Retail and Specialty Pharmacies or 603-646-9456 for Dick Hall's House Pharmacy, follow the instructions to select the appropriate pharmacy, and have the following information ready: Medication name or prescription number (Rx#).

Drug label information in other formats or languages

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Pharmacy can provide prescription drug label information in accessible formats for individuals who have difficulty seeing or reading standard printed labels on prescriptions.

Additionally, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Pharmacy can provide your prescription label in another language as requested.

The D-H Pharmacy at Centerra (Lebanon) is a community drugstore located within Centerra Parkway in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Save time by picking up your prescription during off-peak hours

The drive-through window at D-H Pharmacy at Centerra can be very busy at certain times during the day. The busiest times are weekdays from:

  • 12 to 1 pm
  • 3 to 5 pm

We encourage you to visit the pharmacy during off-peak hours for the fastest service.

  • Drive-through: 24 hours a day, 365 days per year
  • Walk-in: 9 am to 7 pm every day except for the holidays listed below

The D-H Pharmacy at Centerra (Lebanon) is closed for walk-ins on the following holidays:

Prescription home delivery via D-H Pharmacy (Home Delivery, Hooksett)

Our home delivery services are available for all of New England's residents and many others. Shipping is free and the states we serve continue to expand. Contact us to learn more.

To enroll in home-delivery services, please complete the Home Delivery Agreement.

Clicking Submit will send a copy of the agreement to our pharmacy.

One of our team members will reach out to you directly to verify your information and request your payment information. If you would prefer, you may also enroll by calling 603-653-3785 or texting 603-653-3797.

Hours

  • Monday through Friday: 8 am to 4:30 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am to 12 pm

The D-H Pharmacy (Home Delivery, Hooksett) service is closed on the following holidays:
