For your convenience, we offer two ways to get your prescriptions:
- For pick up at D-H Pharmacy at Centerra (Lebanon)
- For home delivery via D-H Pharmacy (Home Delivery, Hooksett):
All in-person prescription pick-ups and OTC sales are handled by the D-H Pharmacy at Centerra, located at 12 Centerra Parkway in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
Our pharmacies accept most prescription insurance plans. Please be prepared to provide your insurance information when contacting us.
Prescription refills
When requesting a refill, please call the Pharmacy and follow the instructions. You will need:
- The prescription number (located in the top, left-hand corner of the prescription label)
- Your insurance information

Pharmacy pick up at D-H Pharmacy at Centerra (Lebanon)
The D-H Pharmacy at Centerra (Lebanon) is a community drugstore located within Centerra Parkway in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
Save time by picking up your prescription during off-peak hours
The drive-through window at D-H Pharmacy at Centerra can be very busy at certain times during the day. The busiest times are weekdays from:
- 12 to 1 pm
- 3 to 5 pm
We encourage you to visit the pharmacy during off-peak hours for the fastest service.
Hours
- Drive-through: 24 hours a day, 365 days per year
- Walk-in: 7 am to 9 pm every day except for the holidays listed below
The D-H Pharmacy at Centerra (Lebanon) is closed for walk-ins on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas

Prescription home delivery via D-H Pharmacy (Home Delivery, Hooksett)
Our home delivery services are available for all of New England's residents and many others. Shipping is free and the states we serve continue to expand. Contact us to learn more.
To enroll in home-delivery services, please complete the Home Delivery Agreement.
Clicking Submit will send a copy of the agreement to our pharmacy.
One of our team members will reach out to you directly to verify your information and request your payment information. If you would prefer, you may also enroll by calling 603-653-3785.
Hours
- Monday through Friday: 8 am to 4:30 pm
- Saturday: 9 am to 12 pm.
The D-H Pharmacy (Home Delivery, Hooksett) service is closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
