The return to running assessment addresses your strength and mobility needs and includes:
- Readiness-to-run screen
- Treadmill analysis
- Personalized exercise program
Postpartum return to running assessments
The postpartum return to running assessment may be right for you if you:
- Are at least 12 weeks postpartum
- Have no current pain or injuries
- Have the ability to walk for at least 30 minutes without
difficulty - Have clearance from your OB-GYN for return to exercise
What is the postpartum return to running assessment process?
Readiness to run screen
We conduct a series of tests to assess your functional strength and mobility, such as:
- Running-specific movements
Treadmill gait analysis
You run on a treadmill, and we evaluate your running mechanics.
Exercise program
You receive an exercise program customized to your specific needs.
